Job Description
Supervise and direct warehouse staff related to assigned Area of Responsibility.
Daily monitoring of warehouse processes and verification of RM for storing on their designated location.
Track and account for all activities related to receiving process and raw materials . Submits Daily/Weekly Status Report
Monitors all the arrive materials, delivery performance of Suppliers and report immediately any discrepancies and abnormality found.
Maintains delivery documentation, receipts and other related reports and has been entered in the system timely and accurately.
Consistent and timely submission of required periodic reports to related departments.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
