Warehouse & Logistics Administrator

This role is responsible for monitoring adherence to Distribution Centre processes and procedures to ensure accurate stock holding, while providing vital administrative support to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager. In short: you’ll help keep the wheels turning, the stock balanced, and the operation running like a well-oiled forklift.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Distribution Administration

• Review route planning with Route Planners to ensure optimal vehicle allocation and on-time delivery


• Prioritise warehouse picking loads and issue trip sheets and work instructions


• Support carryover management and communicate driver feedback


• Assist with delivery schedule communication to customers and Sales Consultants


• Arrange accommodation for delivery teams (sleep-outs)


• Maintain accurate administration and filing systems
