Warehouse Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Inventory
- Monitor inbound inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate receiving, counting, and recording
- Encode inventory movements and maintain updated and accurate inventory records
- Assist in preventing stock discrepancies through proper documentation and coordination

Inbound & Outbound Logistics
- Primarily handle inbound deliveries, including receiving, checking, and documenting goods
- Assist in picking, packing, and preparing items for outbound deliveries when needed
- Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with dealers, stores, and carriers nationwide

Shipping & Transportation
- Coordinate shipments by assigning carriers and routes as instructed
- Track and trace shipments and update dealers or stores on delivery status
- Ensure delivery schedules are followed and report any delays or issues
