Warehouse Logistics Manager

This role manages domestic and export shipments, drives on-time delivery and operational KPIs, and continuously improves logistics processes in alignment with global business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the logistics and warehouse team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout and storage space to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety
• Manage domestic transportation and export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements
• Drive on-time delivery performance and achieve operational turnaround KPIs
