Warehouse & Logistics Officer – Manila (Warehouse-Based)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Officer to handle warehouse execution, field coordination, and logistics oversight for our Manila branch.

This role is hands-on, execution-heavy, and operations-critical. It requires strong documentation discipline, on-site coordination skills, and the ability to oversee cargo movements beyond the warehouse.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming cargo (weight, CBM, quantity, condition)
• Perform and supervise labeling, sorting, palletizing, and crating
• Assign cargo to specific trucks based on route and load planning
• Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations
• Conduct site visits and field work, including:
• Overseeing client pick-ups and deliveries
