Position Overview

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor manages the end-to-end flow of materials and finished plywood products, from storage to dispatch. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and timely logistics coordination with transporters and customers. It requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of manufacturing supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, plywood sheets, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and segregation of plywood grades and sizes.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and maintain ERP records.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities to prevent damage and ensure efficiency.
