Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• records, monitors, and maintains accurate feeds inventory at all times
• ensures that all pullet and layer buildings have sufficient feed supply based on production requirements
• verifies that feeds loaded and issued to each building are accurate and appropriate for specific building
• Maintains inventory records of farm supplies and coordinates timely replacement and ordering as needed
• Monitors and maintains inventory of empty feed sacks
• Manages and supervises Warehouse Helper in the performance of their daily tasks
• Oversees the releasing and sale of empty sacks to buyers in accordance with company procedures
• Ensures proper storage, handling, and organization of feeds and supplies to prevent spoilage, loss, or damage
• Implements and monitors a warehouse cleaning schedule, particularly in the Feeds Warehouse, to maintain sanitation and safety standards
