Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check, record and organize (stocking) incoming deliveries of tools and equipments.
• Records delivery receipt, warehouse receipts of incoming deliveries and outgoing tools and equipment.
• Issue and record needed tools and equipments.
• Monitor warehouse supplies

• Request requirements of tools, equipment and other warehouse supplies needed by service engineers and technical services staff.
• Conduct and prepare monthly and inventory report.
• File monthly purchases of equipment and parts.
• Conduct electrical check up and repair on equipments.
• Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed, in order to meet company/team goals including but not limited to assisting with incoming queue calls.
