Warehouse Management Specialist（J51922）

OBJECTIVE: Control, direct, organize and manage the warehouse process, ensuring the standards, policies and procedures established to achieve customer satisfaction and the needs of the department.

Responsibilities：

I. Warehouse Operations Management:

Oversee end-to-end storage management for factory raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables. Establish standardized workflows for receiving, warehousing, storage, sorting, outbound operations, and inventory checks. Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, coordinate daily storage operations, and ensure accurate material tracking to support production.

II. Team Management and On-site Development:

Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentive programs.
