Overview

OBJECTIVE: Control, direct, organize and manage the warehouse process, ensuring the standards, policies and procedures established to achieve customer satisfaction and the needs of the department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end storage management for factory raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables.
• Establish standardized workflows for receiving, warehousing, storage, sorting, outbound operations, and inventory checks.
• Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, coordinate daily storage operations, and ensure accurate material tracking to support production.

Team Management

• Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentive programs.

Cost Control and Efficiency

• Streamline workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize warehouse management systems.
