About the role

Grandspan Development Corporation, a leading provider of warehousing and logistics solutions, is seeking a driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operations of our state-of-the-art distribution facility in Binangonan Rizal. As a full-time Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective management of our warehousing, storage, and distribution activities, contributing to the overall success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce
