Warehouse Manager

• Minimum 10 years of warehouse / fulfilment centre operations experience

• Proven track record of setting up a warehouse or fulfilment centre from scratch (greenfield)

• Hands-on experience with a WMS platform — UniCommerce, Vinculum, Increff, or equivalent

• Strong D2C / e-commerce fulfilment background is non-negotiable

• Must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada — essential for local vendor, labour, and regulatory dealings

• Proficiency in English and Hindi for cross-functional communication

• Experience managing 3PL partners, courier integrations, and security agencies

• Demonstrated ability to hire and build warehouse teams

Good to Have

• Prior experience in FMCG, personal care, or health & wellness category

• Exposure to quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) fulfilment

• Knowledge of GST/e-way bill compliance for outbound logistics
