   Job Description:  
 Implements warehouse operation controls and process compliance. Interprets the report numbers and enacts the appropriate decisions and actions. Interacts with clients regarding concerns on the operations. Formulates strategy planning for operations, and leads the warehouse team on the execution. Facilitates communication between departments.
 Assures Warehouse 5S, GHK practices, and facility management. Takes on business owner responsibilities (P&L, team leader). Develops and cultivates the team’s mindset and an operation-centric culture.
  Critical Accountabilities 
 All Inbound and Outbound are received/picked and transacted by the team.
 Physical quantity match system transacted quantity.
 Manpower and resources are deployed accordingly based on the requirement of the operations.
 KPI per position (down to PIC) set and agreed.
