Warehouse Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

· Lead, train, motivate, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity goals and performance standards, working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor.

· Implement and enforce safety regulations, ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

· Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and warehouse activities for senior management, using data provided by the Warehouse Supervisor.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations and timely deliveries of products.

· Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of items to eliminate errors
