Warehouse Manager - SCommerce (Tibungco, Davao)

Job Description:

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations
• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and a strong grasp of the local market
• Manages various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more
• Oversee inbound of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound, and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions, whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
