Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our regional distribution hub in Shah Alam. Unlike traditional roles, this position requires a Stock Guardian who can maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy while seamlessly coordinating local and export logistics. You will be responsible for not just the main site, but also the stock integrity and manpower efficiency across our branch network.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Strategic Inventory Control (The Core)

• Absolute Accuracy: Implement and lead daily cycle counts and monthly audits to ensure a 99%+ inventory accuracy rate.
• Branch Oversight: Direct control over branch stock levels; managing Inter-Branch Transfers (IBT) to optimize inventory distribution.
• Shrinkage Management: Investigate all stock variances and implement preventive measures to eliminate losses.
