Warehouse Manager

Breakaway Executive Search is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a team of warehouse staff for a company in Vaughan, ON.
Salary: $80,000-85,000/year
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing a team of employees in a warehouse environment including supervising/training, planning daily work, and evaluating performance in order to ensure productivity and performance of warehouse staff.
Qualifications:
- Strong previous experience in a warehouse management role running a warehouse
- Experience in warehousing industry with strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership/motivational skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Detail-oriented
- Exceptional planning skills (operating costs vs. labour costs)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
