Job Description
- Accurately inputting information related to warehouse activities into the system, such as inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and other transactions.
- Maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring accuracy and consistency between physical stock and system data.
- Filing and organizing documents, receipts, and other transactional records related to warehouse operations.
- Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness before entry, and identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Preparing and generating reports on inventory levels, shipment activity, and other relevant data.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels through regular stocktaking and reporting.
- Track inventory to minimize waste and prevent shortages of essential supplies.
