Warehouse / Operation Assistant

· Monitor and assist loading and unloading of merchandise.

· Prepare / pick products for delivery purposes.

· Receive incoming shipment, checking condition and quality, display to correct location.

· To check and verify dented/damaged stock during receiving / in warehouse, repacking and keep.

·  Acknowledgement of load, shipment tracking and updates to consignee once out from origin, transhipment to airport/seaport till delivered to consignee door.

· Send pre-advice and pre-alert to consignee.

· Coordinate timely pickup and delivery of cargo.

· Verify vendor invoices.

· Ensure the warehouse cleanliness.

·  Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
