Warehouse Operations Administrator

Job Description Summary:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks
• Implement and maintain systematic inventory and warehouse processes for operational efficiency.
• Lead warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with DOLE and safety standards.
• Utilize manual and digital tools/software to track and record inventory transactions.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency
• Generating reports and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to management

Qualifications

• Preferably an Engineering graduate with at least 3 years of warehouse administration experience.
• Able to grasp technical concepts quickly.
