Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Responsiblities:

• Manage and optimize performance of reacquired assets (used/repossessed cars, motorcycles, trucks)
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintenance, and asset reliability
• Monitor and report on performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with Loans, VP Operations, and other teams to maximize asset utilization
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and effective maintenance schedules to enhance resale value

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with strong technical knowledge of automobiles
• Experience in vehicle asset management and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with dealer sales and reacquired vehicle processes
• Skilled in improving processes, reducing costs, and maximizing asset value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
