Job summary:

The Warehouse Operations Manager is in charge of the end to end performance of a Growsari warehouse. Warehouse operations involve the following: order fulfillment (pick and pack) and logistics. A warehouse serves an area covering thousands of customers and transacting tens of millions of Peso a month.

Key responsibilities:

• Fulfillment Operations

• Ensure pick and pack operations follow SOP and meet KPIs for their operations including packing accuracy, out of stock levels and volume handled

• Escalate out of stock and other inventory issues in a timely manner to reduce loss of business
• Recommend further process improvements that can be done in the Fulfillment Operations

• Dispatch Operations

• Ensure dispatch and delivery team follows all SOPs for dispatch, returns, collections and cancellations
