Warehouse Operations Manager II

Overview

The Warehouse Operations Manager II is responsible for the efficient day‑to‑day 24/7 operation of the warehouse with particular emphasis on the management of the warehouse personnel and the implementation of warehouse action plans. This role manages a warehouse that totals between 500,000 and 1,000,000+ square feet. Responsibilities include tracking and recording equipment hours, ensuring equipment maintenance schedules are followed, and conducting employee meetings. The position reports to the General Manager of the Distribution Center.
