What you'll be doing

• Manage and direct all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse productivity, minimize costs, and improve customer service
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of warehouse staff to build a highly skilled and motivated team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
