Job description

Lead and inspire the MCDC Logistics teams to secure goods availability, efficient low-cost goods flow processes and logistics competence. Act as an active Steering team member, contributing to an excellent customer shopping experience through high goods availability, customer centric service operations and a safe unit environment always. Support individual development and business expansion by securing a living succession plan is in place for all key positions within the MCDC logistics function.

• Work closely with the Country Fulfilment team as well as with the Country commercial team to secure the highest possible availability, most efficient inbound and customer order fulfilment processes, to the lowest possible cost.
