Warehouse operations supervisor

Responsible for overseeing all finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory control, and timely dispatch. The role focuses on driving team performance, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Areas: Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch) Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff performance Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards (including FIFO) Drive process improvements and monitor key KPIs Utilise WMS/ERP systems for reporting and operational control Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations Skills and Knowledge:
