Job Title: Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver

Location: Cwtch Mawr Multibank, Llansamlet, Swansea. Travel across South Wales and wider areas may be required

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00)

Contract Type: Short term – initially until 31st March 2026 – and subject to future funding

Salary: £28,655 per year

Reports To: Facility and Development Manager

Job Summary

We are recruiting a reliable and professional Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver for Cwtch Mawr. The role is dual. Your primary duties are local and regional deliveries, partner-facing service, and core warehouse tasks. You will also follow a structured learning pathway to develop Community Coordinator skills so that you can support centres with simple feedback loops, restock planning, and dignity in service.
