Warehouse Operator

The Role

We are looking for skilled Warehouse Operatives / FLT Drivers to join our manufacturing site in Crick, Northamptonshire. These are permanent positions available on either day or night shifts.

Role Details

4 on / 4 off shift pattern (12‑hour shifts). This shift pattern offers predictability, extended rest periods, and the ability to plan time outside of work.

• Average of 42 hours per week
• Days: 06:00–18:00
• Nights: 18:00–06:00
• Days hourly rate: £16.09 (£14.79 plus a shift allowance of £1.30 per hour)
• Nights hourly rate: £17.39 (£14.79 plus a shift allowance of £2.60 per hour)

• Supply production departments with raw and packaging materials to maintain a continuous production programme.
• Transport finished goods from production areas to the warehouse for storage until dispatch.
