Salary and Scheduling

You will start at $20/hr; salary increases to approximately $22.25-$27/hr based on base pay, commission model, or strict hourly rate. There is an opportunity for salary increases based on seniority. Over time, overtime pay is provided in accordance with applicable labour laws and any governing collective agreement.
Base + Commission Model: hourly base rate plus commission per moves on specific assigned tasks. Hourly rate: indirect tasks assigned starting at $22.25/hr. Afternoon shift premium: $0.60/hr; Night shift premium: $1.00/hr.

Overtime Eligibility: This position is eligible for overtime pay as required by law and applicable agreements.
