Job Summary

The Warehouseman is tasked by the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Team Leader to engage in the storage, movement and/or transfer activities of stocks inside the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

Assists Warehouse Supervisor and Receiving Staff to receive and to check the items quantity, description, lot number and expiration date based on the delivery receipt;

Ensures that the items received are properly stored in accordance with internal guidelines and regulation and compliance to GDSP;

Displays and arranges items properly in a particular order with respect to rack (storage) location, product classification, item description, lot number, and expiration. Implements First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) at all times;

Coordinates with the Stock Movement Controller and Stock Transfer Clerk for the transfer of stocks;
