• Responsible for the actual checking, receiving, and releasing of all purchased items and monitoring of warehouse tools and equipment on the project site.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing deliveries are properly hauled, stored, tallied with records/documents, and comply with quality standards.
• Proper issuance, keeping, and filing of warehouse documents such as delivery receipts, return slips, etc.
• Regularly and accurately maintain inventory records.
• Establish an efficient and effective stock filing system and ensure proper stock levels for each product.
• Safeguard and maintain tools, repair kits, and equipment.
• Handle item conversions (assembly/disassembly) of goods at minimal levels.
• Ensure all returned goods comply with the item-returning procedure.
