Job Summary

The role oversees warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, system-driven order fulfilment, and last-mile distribution to stores. It also serves as the primary decision-maker for warehouse and logistics operations in the absence of the Supply Chain Lead, ensuring continuity of operations, adherence to SOPs, and timely resolution of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Accuracy & Management

• Lead and oversee daily inventory control to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Ensure end-to-end order fulfilment accuracy.
• Oversee monthly inventory matching (month-end closing) and approve discrepancy resolutions.
• Review, investigate, and decide on corrective actions for inbound and outbound inventory variances.
• Implement preventive action plans to reduce recurring inventory issues.
