Warehouse Service Representative

**Job Purpose and Requirements**

To provide general warehouse and equipment processing services to corporate pool warehouse operations.

+ Fill district orders for equipment and accessories.
+ Prioritize orders to ensure customers’ “need by” dates are met.
+ Pack and ship equipment to meet customer requests and minimize costs and damage.
+ Select carrier and service level to meet district requests and minimize costs.
+ Pack and ship equipment to meet carrier’s requirements and district’s facilities, (including crates, pallets, and boxes) and minimize shipping damage.
+ Complete required shipping documents and/or computer entry.
+ Contact carrier to arrange pick-up and delivery.
+ Trace lost or delayed shipments.
+ Support districts with inbound shipping by providing packing advice and selecting and scheduling carriers.
