                    Ensuring the effective running of a day to day stock delivery operation.
Following KPI reports by depending customers contract of services.
Manage SOPs, identifies optimization potentials and in charge of efficient resource planning.
Working to develop the operation for making the work better and more customer saticfaction.
Managing customer relations and directing the operation by knowing customer needs.
Following daily operation according customers requests with following health and safety and 5S rules.
Generating daily-weekly-monthly work plan, creating coordination with functional processes.
Ensuring accuracy of cycle counting & locations
Determining all equipment and material needs for unproblematic operation.
Knowing and implementing all contract of services and determining regulations and changes.
Manage all site related topics in coordination with Admin Team.
