Warehouse Specialist (San Luis)

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local company to recruit a Warehouse Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA. Monday‑Saturday, 40 hours per week with overtime as needed. Compensation: $18.00‑$20.00.

Principle Duties

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process returns and handle discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain warehouse reports.
