Warehouse Staff

Main Responsibilities:

Warehouse staff is in-charge in receiving, picking, inspecting and checking of inbound materials and supplies. Responsible on unloading, sorting and storing of stocks at the designated area. To ensure proper documentation and filing and on time turn-over of documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive deliveries and sign paperwork upon receipt
• Conducts weekly cycle count of FG & Raw-materials
• Unload packages from incoming vehicle/deliveries
• Coordinate with PPIC in Cebu for the warehouse stocks inventory.
• Inspect contents to ensure they are in order and good condition.
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
• Picking, packing and sorting of the stocks as per requisition.
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
