RECEIVING

• Responsible in auditing of the actual packages of all incoming delivery.  She must inform her immediate superior for any item that does not comply with the requirement (physical appearance of the packaging and actual count).
• Check all items for receive should have reference documents and should inform her superior if documents are not available prior receiving.

STORAGE

• Ensure that all materials for storage are complying in all the requirements.
• Update the stock card after storing the materials.

KITTING AND ISSUANCE

• Responsible in kitting and issuance of materials and should ensure that all materials to be issued have proper documents such as Material Issuance Request (MIR) duly approved by the requestor's Department Officer.
