Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Staff/Encoder to join our logistics team. This role ensures that physical stock aligns with system records, supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode inventory data—including item codes, quantities, batch numbers, and serial numbers—into the system daily.
• Process and encode receiving reports, delivery receipts, stock transfers, and return documents.
• Perform daily checks of actual inventory versus system-generated inventory reports to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics personnel to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing of all warehouse documents.
• Identify and report any damage, excessive, or missing inventory to the supervisor.
