Job Description

1. Ensure physical inventory and inventory in erp system are matched.
2. daily production figures are entered in system for both shifts all plants.
3. enter job closing at the end of each lot.
4. Ensure that inventory valuation for all inventory is accurate.
5. Provide daily stock sheet to sales manager lot wise so that they know what cargo is available for sale each day.
6. Weekly counting of all bags all lots all warehouses (including third party warehouses if any cargo is there)
7. Issue gate passes for deliveries
8. Invoicing for processing, rent and fumigation etc.
9. invoicing against sales
10. maintain production schedule on excel.
11. Maintain sample register
12. Assist GM in any other duties as required
13. Team will be provided for assistance
