Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
Ensure all incoming component parts, raw materials, and finished goods are properly checked, recorded, and stored accurately.
Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO practices and regular stock checks.
Coordinate material supply to production lines and support smooth delivery operations to customers.
Oversee dispatch activities, including verification of product type, quantity, labeling, and documentation.
Maintain proper warehouse documentation, inventory records, and system updates.
Ensure warehouse housekeeping and 5S practices are consistently maintained.
Supervise warehouse staff and monitor team discipline and performance.
Operate and maintain forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
Support stock disposal, slow-moving inventory management, and annual/monthly stock take activities.
