Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity

Embrace and practice Stellantis Leadership Principles in Stellantis Parts and Service Way

Compliant in Mopar Process Guidelines and other audit related functions

Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental

Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed

Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures
