At DHL eCommerce Netherlands, our core mission is to deliver something beautiful from point A to point B, and as a fulltime Logistics Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in achieving this. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, guiding and coaching Team Leaders across three shifts: 07.00 - 15.30, 15.00 - 23.30, and 23.00 - 07.30. With your keen eye for process optimization and your ability to handle ad hoc situations, you'll oversee a team of over 350 colleagues, contributing to the seamless sorting of up to half a million packages each day.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining an overview of the entire process, identifying bottlenecks for further optimization.
  • Developing sustainable solutions for workflow congestion.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers.
  • Conducting regular coaching and development discussions to support your colleagues' ongoing growth.
