Warehouse Supervisor

1. Equipment & tools 
⦁ Ensure all equipment & tools in good condition and execute maintenance plan 
⦁ Establish work instructions to guide the usage of equipment & tools 
⦁ Automate process to improve accuracy and efficiency
⦁ Manage storage condition & capacity and space optimization

2. EHS 
⦁ Ensure OHSAS1800, ISO14001 standards and EHS related procedures are followed by both ST&LSP people 
⦁ Lead monthly safety check, perform risk assessment and incident analysis, and execute improvement actions 

3. Security 
⦁ Ensure security SOP & procedures are followed by both ST&LSP people 
⦁ Lead monthly internal security audit and follow up improvement actions 
⦁ Conduct warehouse premise access application validation, badge management
