Warehouse Supervisor

ob Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff performance
• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
• Maintain proper inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Enforce safety, security, and company warehouse procedures
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth operations
• Train, coach, and schedule warehouse personnel
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in warehouse supervision or operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse safety standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed
