Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in warehouse, depot, or logistics operations (supervisory or regional role preferred)
• Strong background in KPI monitoring, inventory control, and compliance standards
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple sites and teams
• Excellent coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in warehouse systems and MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities

Operations & KPI Management

• Ensure all depots meet daily and monthly KPIs and submit required operational reports.
• Oversee outbound delivery preparations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
• Monitor daily trade delivery operations and address escalated principal concerns.
• Align depot operations during holidays, peak seasons, and special delivery schedules.
