Warehouse Supervisor (Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2am)

Position Summary

The Operations Supervisor role oversees warehouse and transportation operations of a dedicated McDonald’s distributorship with responsibility for planning and scheduling of manpower and equipment of the hourly workforce while fostering an environment that maximizes employee safety, involvement, and morale. The position also administers and monitors daily dispatch, maintains a master delivery schedule, and interprets the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for the current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, soliciting suggestions, and answering questions.
