About the role

Benson Industrial Cold Storage Inc. is seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in our Paranaque City, Metro Manila facility. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art cold storage warehouse, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehousing and distribution activities. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping activities
2. Monitor and optimise warehouse layout and workflows to maximise efficiency and productivity
3. Ensure all warehousing operations are carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards
