About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the operational standards of the warehouse and supporting the efficient movement and storage of inventory. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
What you will do:
Warehouse Security & Operations: Ensure the warehouse is secure and complies with company standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Supervision: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing team performance, meeting operational standards, and ensuring a high level of productivity and safety.
System Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in warehouse systems, processes, and procedures, and supervise the implementation of necessary changes.
