Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

EverZinc Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective storage, handling and distribution of our products. This is a full-time position based on-site.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of goods
2. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment, inventory management and stock control
3. Implement and monitor warehouse policies, procedures, safety protocols, ISO , LMW & IMDG documentation
4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
5. Provide training and mentorship to warehouse staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment
