Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibility:

• To inspect and ensure all goods delivered by supplier tally with the delivery note (DO) and are in good condition.
• To check & sign the delivery note (DO) on every spare parts / goods delivered.
• To manage and ensure that all inbound and outbound goods are handled according to standard procedures.
• Ensure that all spare parts, goods and accessories received are properly stored.
• Ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks.
• Stock taking on the spare parts/goods to be completed at a given time by the management.
• Communicate job expectations and assign workload to subordinates.
• Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
• Ensure proper security at the stores is adhered at all times.
• Ensure stores are kept clean and tidy at all times.
